Feedback from the Phase One Public Consultation was collected via paper & online surveys, post-it notes left at the drop in events, and in emails sent to the project representatives email address.
During the consultation, we received:

• 152 online/paper feedback forms
• 39 emails with comments in the body of the message or in a document attached to the
  message
• 42 post it notes

The survey form included a series of structured questions about the project (reported on the public realm boards) and an open “any
other comments” question. All comments received to the open-ended survey question, via email, and on post it notes have been logged under the topics/themes that they relate to – see table.

Note, that respondents often raised more than one topic or theme, so each individual point is logged to give a more accurate reflection of the feedback.

The overwhelming majority of the comments received were negative or focused on negative aspects/consequences of the proposals. Positive comments have been tallied under the ‘positive’ topic.
