The existing building was originally constructed in the 1980s and later underwent extensive renovation in 1996.
However, the building in its current form is no longer capable of meeting the requirements of modern commercial occupiers. It also falls short of forthcoming minimum energy performance requirements, meaning it will not be occupiable beyond 2030.
Linklaters are in the process of vacating the property and relocated to their new, modern offices on Ropemaker Street, and the building will soon stand fully vacant.
